Positively Radiant Mindset Coaching (“we,” “us,” Coach SB) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@positivelyradiant.vip.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, and anything you share when booking a call, subscribing to the newsletter, or messaging your coach.

• Coaching information inside your private client portal: intake answers, session notes, journal entries, goals, worksheets, and workbooks. This is visible only to you and your coach.

• Newsletter subscription: your email address and whether you’ve confirmed, so we can send the emails you asked for.

• Payment information for purchases: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• Basic technical data needed to run the site securely (e.g., IP address for spam/rate-limiting, and cookies required to keep you logged in).

How we use it

To provide coaching and the client portal, respond to you, process purchases, run live workshops, send the newsletter and reminders you opt into, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we don’t use your private journal or session notes for marketing.

The newsletter

You only receive the newsletter if you sign up. Where email confirmation is enabled, we send a one-click confirmation first (double opt-in). Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — instantly, no questions asked.

How it’s built & hosted

Positively Radiant Mindset Coaching runs on a private, custom-built system on secure, industry-standard infrastructure. Where established third-party services are used to operate it (such as hosting, database, payments, and email delivery), they process your data only as needed to run the service and under their own privacy and security terms. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure. We don’t use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security

Access is protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS/HSTS), a strict content-security policy, row-level database security so clients can only see their own data, server-only handling of secret keys, and rate-limiting on public forms. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, or as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices & rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and unsubscribe from emails whenever you like. To make a request, email hello@positivelyradiant.vip and we’ll take care of it.

Children

Our services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows. We’ll revise the date above when we do; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
