Terms of Service

Welcome to Positively Radiant Mindset Coaching (“Positively Radiant,” “we,” “us,” Coach SB). These Terms govern your use of our website, client portal, coaching, courses, workbooks, live workshops, and newsletter (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

Coaching is not therapy or professional advice

Coaching with Coach SB is mindset and success coaching — it is forward-focused, educational, and motivational. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental-health treatment, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. Coach SB is not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. Coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of a licensed professional for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial matters, and never disregard or delay that advice because of something you read or hear through the Services.

If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, do not use the Services — call 988 (the U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 (emergency services) immediately.

No guaranteed results

Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and choices. We share ideas, tools, and encouragement in good faith, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome — personal, professional, or financial. Any stories, testimonials, or examples are illustrative, not promises, and are not typical results you should expect.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. By using them, you confirm you are at least 18.

Purchases, pricing & payment

Prices for coaching, courses, workbooks, and workshops are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You’re responsible for providing accurate billing information. Access to a paid item is granted after successful payment.

Refunds

Because our digital products deliver value immediately, our default policy is:

• Workbooks & downloadable PDFs: non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

• Courses: refundable within 7 days of purchase only if you have not completed more than the first module; otherwise non-refundable.

• Live workshops: refundable or transferable to a future session if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time; no refund after that or for no-shows.

• 1:1 coaching: terms are set out in your coaching agreement. Booked sessions are reserved for you; missed or late-cancelled sessions are generally not refundable.

Your account & the client portal

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don’t share your access, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Use the Services lawfully and respectfully; don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to any part of them.

Intellectual property

All content we provide — coaching materials, courses, workbooks, worksheets, newsletters, text, graphics, and branding — belongs to Positively Radiant or its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share it without written permission. Anything you write in your private journal or entries remains yours.

You only receive our newsletter if you opt in, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-party links & tools

The Services may link to or rely on third-party tools (for example, video calls or payment processing). We’re not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don’t warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positively Radiant and Coach SB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before it arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Positively Radiant and Coach SB from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the business grows. We’ll revise the date above when we do; continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
